Your Profile
Tap your empty profile picture (top left) → Edit Profile → add your photo or avitar and update your name.
(This helps us get to know you inside the community.)

Community Chat
Tap the menu at the bottom → Chat (the speech-bubble icon) → this is where conversations happen.

Coaching Calls
Tap Meetups (the calender icon)  → you’ll find all the details for our weekly coaching calls.

This opens the main menu where you’ll find:

It will be at the top. It walks you through what to expect and how we use this space.

There’s no pressure — join in when you’re ready.

Everything works on a laptop or computer too — but most mums find the phone easier, and you’ll get notifications when new posts are added.

The Path is the heart of your learning inside Beyond the Chaos.
It takes you through the core skills and understandings that help you feel steadier, respond with more confidence, and rebuild connection — even if your child isn’t ready for change yet.

Everything here is broken down into small, manageable pieces so you never feel lost or overwhelmed.

💛 What The Path Is

A step-by-step roadmap built to support you over time — not something to rush.
Each module focuses on one theme (calming chaos, nervous system, boundaries, communication, and more).
Short lessons help you reflect, understand, and take one small step forward.

📘 How It’s Structured

  • Modules: Each with 4–6 short lessons

  • Lessons: 5–8 minutes, with simple exercises

  • New lessons:

    • Module 1 — lessons unlock every 8 days (just while settling in)

    • All future lessons — unlock every 7 days

  • Reflection Weeks: Built-in pauses to integrate

  • Bonus Tools: Scripts, guides, practices you can use immediately

  •

  • Start in Module 1, Lesson 1 — it’s designed to ground you first.

  • Go at your own pace. There is no schedule you need to keep up with.

  • You can pause anytime. The Path will remember where you left off.

You can press play right inside the app — no subscriptions, no setup, and nothing extra to download.

This is also where the full library of past episodes lives, so you can listen to anything you want, anytime.

Join Our Weekly Coaching Calls (Meet Ups)

 

Our weekly Coaching Calls are help every Wednesday 7.30-8.30PM NZT and are where everything comes together.
You’ll get support, clarity, and guidance — but more importantly, you’ll realise you’re not doing this alone.

💛 What Happens on a Meet Up?

  •  We begin with a grounding moment to help you settle your nervous system and welcome you in. 
  • Then we explore the week’s theme from the Podcast or The Path.

  • You can share if you’d like — but there is never any pressure.

  • I offer coaching, reflections, and practical guidance.

  • Mums often say they leave feeling clearer, calmer, and less alone.

🌿 What If I Can’t Attend Live?

Not everyone can make the live calls, and that’s absolutely okay.
You can still follow along with the weekly theme inside the community and through the podcast — and you can ask questions anytime, even if you’re not there in real time.

Showing up live is wonderful, but not required.

1. Add the weekly Meet Up to your calendar
You’ll see the Meet Up listed inside the Meet Up each week.
Just tap into it and click RSVP — this automatically adds it to your calendar on your phone or computer.

2. When it’s time, tap “Join Now” inside the Meet Up
If you prefer joining from your computer, you can also use the Zoom link I send you in the Day 2 email.

đŸ”„ Why the Meet Ups Matter

This is where you’ll feel the biggest shift.

Not because the information is new — but because you’re doing this in community, with support, with steadiness, and with women who understand exactly what you’re carrying.

You don’t have to figure this out by yourself anymore.

Just come as you are, on the weeks you can, in whatever way feels comfortable.
